It was an absolute pleasure to be part of Steven and Jason's wonderful day, they were a great couple to work with and Rowton Castle felt very special.

They had wine and cork inspired table centres with slate grey and orange accents to pull everything together.

“I first met Sharelle when I shot her wedding.  The level of detail was unbelievable…..her and her husband Ben had totally nailed it.  Everything just came together so perfectly and it was so well planned.  So it was no surprise to me when Sharelle told me that she was setting up her own events management and styling company.  I knew that Sharelle could turn her hand to anything she was asked to do so I threw a curve ball her way and asked her if she would help plan and style the shoot for my photography workshop, the Sassterclass.  After a chat over the phone Sharelle started a Pinterest board and I could see straight away that she had totally ‘got me’ and was heading in exactly the right direction. She then turned her hand to sourcing some of the props and creating some of the others.  She made everything from head pieces to plates to fake Crow skulls. She made the shoot. Simple. I am now recommending her to my future couples because I genuinely believe in her. If you are considering enlisting Super Sharelle for your big day or event I would say, “Do It, don’t hesitate.  She’s worth her weight in gold and she’s really good fun too!”.”

I had a fabulous time working with some great people on the latest Sasster Class, Styled Set Day, organised by Sarah Lafford of Assassynation. I loved creating and collecting all the individual elements for the set and pulling everything together to look eerie and epic. Pride of place was the magnificent crows skull wedding cake supplied by Conjurer's Kitchen.

The birds of prey brought the set to life along with our models Tarren and Dhillon. Tarren wore a beautiful bug bejewelled wedding dress made by The Couture Company and their scary makeup was imagined by Makeup by Nessa and hair done by Zarla.

You're ready! Either to start planning your wedding or talking to us about becoming your wedding planner 

Here are the first 5 things to consider-

1. When do you want to get married? Would you like a Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter wedding or do you have an exact date in mind?

2. How many people would you like to attend? Would you like an intimate affair, a grand party or a banquet busting bash. My suggestion would be to write down the people who must be there, whether that is a list of 4 or 200, then give yourself a contingency in case you have missed anyone or meet any friends between now and the big day. Think about if you are going to invite plus one's and children as these all add up. 

3. Where do you want to get married? Home or away or somewhere-in-between, city/country/coast, barn/hotel/marquee/somewhere-entirely-different, etc. 

4. What can't you live without? What are the most important aspects of your wedding, you should make a list and prioritise top to bottom. Please consider point 5 when compiling the list, writing 'Michael Buble to be our wedding singer' as a top priority may not be in your budget, but hiring a swing band may be. 

5. What does your budget look like? We know that not everyone has an endless pot of cash but the aim is to get as much of what's on your 'important aspects' list as possible. However, being flexible in certain areas will help you achieve what's a top priority without having to make too many sacrifices. And if the budget really won't reach, start compromising at the bottom and work your way up. Budget management is a large part of planning a wedding and keeping a close eye on it is very important.
