APPLE TREE PROVIDE A WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICE TO ENSURE YOUR DAY RUNS Smoothly AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS ARE RELAXED AND ENJOYING YOURSELVES.
These services are for couples who have the creative vision and time to create the wedding they want, they also have the planning and organisation know-how to get there. If this sounds like you, we know after all your hard work and effort, you thoroughly deserve to sit back, put down the crafting tools and your laptop, and enjoy your wedding day. In order to do this you will need someone to take on the mantel for you and we do this roughly 4 weeks before your big day.
Our coordination service includes:
The consultations needed for us to fully understand your plans and style, and if needed, a venue visit
Contacting your suppliers to make sure they have all the information they need and sending them the specifics to their involvement for the day
Being your suppliers point of contact in the lead up to the day, taking those last minute questions out of your inbox
Morning set-up, ensuring everything is ready and looks amazing for your guests arrival
All the expertise required to make sure your day goes smoothly, so you and your guests can relax, enjoy and have fun
Set Up
Your venue may have the option to set up a day early, woop! The 24 hours extra can be invaluable, but if you’d prefer to spend the day before your wedding relaxing rather than running up and down a ladder or moving heavy furniture about then we can do that for you. All you have to do is drop off the decorations that you have loving created and sourced and we do the rest, along with overseeing any supplier deliveries. Most set-ups require two people, but this varies depending on the complexity and size of your plans.
The Day After
You may also like to relax a little longer in bed on the day after your wedding- so we can take all your decorations down and box them up neatly for you, pop all your linens in bags ready to be collected, be there to greet other suppliers who may be collecting other items and any other clear up duties required. Please note we do not provide a cleaning service, but can recommend one if needed.

A reliable pair of hands. We are there to support you from one month prior to your wedding until the last dance. Our aim is to take the stress of this time, and as we get to know you, we will understand your plans and style so that we have the best tools to deliver the day you want. We work hard to ensure that your expectations are exceeded and that your day is as epic as it can be.
Ad-hoc jobs. What does this really mean? It’s the countless small tasks that need to be performed on the day that someone with full oversight can do ahead of time, as well as the jobs that need doing as and when needed. From moving chairs, to changing signs, putting the bouquet in water to moving rugs in from the rain, all the tasks that need doing to ensure the day goes to plan.
Morning set up. Some venues will only have access on the morning of your wedding- and you will probably be getting ready. Allow us to do the morning set up of decorations and the last minute touches, ready for you and your guests to arrive.
Dry Hire/DIY Venue. If you have a dry hire, DIY venue the chances are you will have lots of individual suppliers, we draw up site plans, create timelines and provide support to your suppliers. When suppliers have questions on the day, we will be there to answer those questions, making sure everything behind the scenes goes smoothly.
Single space, many functions. Many venues will function as both your ceremony space, day time hang out spot and evening party area, we can be there for the changes from morning to night to create the vibe you are wanting for each space.
HOW MUCH DOES APPLE TREE WEDDING COORDINATION COST?
We try to be as clear as possible with our pricing, and pride ourselves on providing a lot of bang for your buck. Below are the prices for 2023- they include 30 miles of travel from Huddersfield, but we do go much further afield so please get in touch for a tailored quote to your location.
We require a 25% deposit on booking, and the rest one month prior to your wedding date.
On the Day Coordination
Single person for up to 9 hours £450
Two people for 9 hours £650
Extra hours are available at £30 an hour per person.
Set Up Day
Single person, for up to 9 hours, £375
Two people, for up to 9 hours, £525
Clear Up Day
Single person, for up to 3 hours £150
Two people, for up to 3 hours £250
P.S… if you are getting married in 2024 and beyond, if you book before September 2023 you will get 2023 prices.
